Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
2. Slice zucchini how you like. Make sure they're not too thin, or will turn out soggy.
Step 3
3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except Parmesan).
Step 4
4. On a cookie sheet, I covered it with tin foil. Individually place zucchini slices on the sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan .
Step 5
5. Bake for 10-15 min.
Step 6
6. For the few last minutes, I put it on broil to get them a little crispy.
