If you love pink lemonade and starwberry lemonade ice cream, you have to try this ice cream version! It's insanely refreshing and made with only 4 wholesome ingredients! Completely dairy free and vegan and one of my favorite flavor combos for Summer!

Instructions

Step 1
If you serving in frozen lemon lemons. Slice the about 1 inch tops of the lemons and 1 cm off the bottoms so they stand upright (more details on my blog if needed)
Step 2
Use a spoon to remove the flesh and hallow out the lemons (do over a bowl for no mess) and place the hallowed out lemons in the freezer overnight or for several hours before using.
Step 3
Cut 4 tops off of strawberries (if you want to use as tops for serving and freeze as well)
Step 4
To a blender or food processor, add frozen strawberries, lemons, coconut cream cubes and maple syrup and blend until completely smooth.
Step 5
Serve in lemons and top with strawberry tops.
