Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Chop the basil.
Step 2
Mix the basil with the mayonnaise.

Wrap

Step 3
Slice the mozzarella and apricot. Chop the walnuts.
Step 4
Spread the front center of the wrap with the basil mayonnaise.
Step 5
Sprinkle on the walnuts.
Step 6
Top it with the arugula, mozzarella and apricot.
Step 7
Drizzle on the balsamic cream and seasoning with pepper.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
