Instructions
Step 1
Plane the steak in the freezer for about 30min.
Step 2
Dice the onion.
Step 3
Slice the steak into very thin pieces.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp of the sunflower oil in a pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions, Fry for about 3min until they start turning slightly brown.
Step 5
Add 2 tbsp of water and stir. Fry for another minute. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the onions become golden brown.
Step 6
Remove the onions from the pan.
Step 7
Again heat the rest of the oil. Leave the heat on medium high and add the steak. Fry for about 3min until fully cooked through.
Step 8
Add the onions and seasoning and mix until well combined. Line the meat in a row.
Step 9
Place 3 cheese slices on top. Put on a lid and let the cheese melt for about 1min.
Step 10
Top the front center of the tortilla wrap with the philly cheese steak.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 12
Place the burrito into the pan. The the open side should face upwards. Roast until crispy and golden brown. Then flip.
Step 13
Place the 2 cheese slices on top. Put on a lid and let the cheese melt. Enjoy!
