Instructions
Step 1
Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and chopped chives in a bowl and mix. Spread liberally on flatbread.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions into bite sizes and put in a bowl. Add dry coleslaw from a bag to bowl. Add vinegar and balsamic vinegar to bowl and mix all together.
Step 3
Layer vegetable mix on flatbread and add crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
