Instructions

Step 1
Wash pak choi then Pat them dry and cut them into bite size pieces

Add pak Choi into a small oven proof dish then add two eggs and harissa paste ( note some harissa paste is spicier than others so be sure to check the spice level) mix the egg into the pak Choi

Slice cherry tomato’s in half then add them in with crumbled feta sunflower seeds and dill. Season with salt and black pepper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 c fan setting or 400 f
