Instructions
Step 1
Feel free to mix whatever types of sugars or flour you desire. I used gluten free flour + half maple sugar and half granulated sugar.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and store in an airtight container or jar.

To make the muffins:

2 3/4 c. muffin mix

1 egg

1 c. milk

1/2 c. butter
Step 8
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl and fold in 1 cup of desired fruit, nuts, or chips.
Step 9
Grease or line muffin pans and fill each portion 2/3rds full with batter.
Step 10
Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
