Step 1
Pour oats and soya milk into a cup, glass or mason jar and give it a good stir
Step 2
Mix in your honey, vanilla extract and natural yoghurt. Cling film top of close the lid and leave overnight in the fridge to soak.
Step 3
In the morning, add your toppings! I love the banana and maple syrup combo, but you can add anything, from cocoa nibs, to natural yoghurt, to fresh berries, or even just have your oats plain.
