Instructions

Preheat oven to 160 fan

Grease and line 2lb loaf tin

Add butter and sugar to stand mixer and beat together until light and fluffy
Step 4
Mash the bananas and add to butter and sugar and add the eggs, beat until combined
Step 5
Add the flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla. Beat on a lowish speed until just combined.
Step 6
Add the coarsely chopped pecans and the raisins, stir into the cake mixture
Step 7
Pour mix into the prepared tin and level the top. Cook for 55 mins.
Step 8
Once cooked, leave to cool in the tin for 10 mins then turn out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
