Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven for 400F.
Step 2
Combine Gochujang, soy sauce, sugar and garlic in a large bowl and mix. Set aside 3 tbsp of mixture.
Step 3
Add broccoli to the large bowl and toss with remaining sauce.
Step 4
Place the two chicken thighs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush with reserved sauce, 1 tbsp on each side. 1 tbsp should remain. Make sure not to contaminate sauce with the brush that touches the raw chicken thighs.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once.
Step 6
Remove broccoli and broil chicken for 2 minutes on high.
Step 7
Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
