Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray.
Step 2
Toss the radishes in olive oil and seasonings. Place on the baking tray and roast in the oven for 35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and serve as a side with dip or on top of a salad. Enjoy! Best eaten same day for crispness. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
