Cut your cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

Roll out your puff pastry sheet and divide it into 8 rectangles.

In an oven tray previously lined with parchment paper, drizzle 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on each corner of your tray, season with salt, pepper and oregano, add 6 halved cherry tomatoes facing downward on top of each olive oil “puddle” and cover with some grated Parmigiano cheese.

Step 4
Place one rectangle of puff pastry on top of your cherry tomatoes and bake for about 15 mins 200C/390F. Buon appetito!
