Instructions
Step 1
1. Remove veggie bacon from freezer. On plate, microwave two (2) pieces per box directions. Carefully remove HOT dish from the microwave and set aside.
Step 2
2. In a custard cup/ramiken, add pat of unsalted butter. Crack two (2) eggs into ramiken. Whisk or stir eggs with fork then place fork with dirty dishes to be washed.
Step 3
3. Place ramiken in microwave and on reduced power, heat the egg until it is cooked. If you cook the egg on full power, it could pop out of the dish. Carefully remove HOT dish from the microwave.
Step 4
4. Lay spinach tortilla on a plate. On top of the tortilla, add cooked veggie bacon and then cooked egg. Fold or wrap spinach. Eat and enjoy.
Step 5
Options - you can add seasoning, seeds and/or veggies of your choice
