Step 1
Pat dry your chicken breasts. Cut them 1/2 cubes or diced.

Season the chicken with the following seasonings:
salt½ Tbsp
garlic powder1 Tbsp
onion powder1 Tbsp
cumin powder½ Tbsp
smoked paprika½ Tbsp
Step 3
Sear the chicken over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Do NOT overcook the chicken. Cook them halfway.
Step 4
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
In the same pan use 1 tbsp of olive oil to saute the garlic unil fragrant. Add mirin, soy sauce, chicken broth, honey. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of water to make the slurry and add in to the pan.

Step 6
Once the sauce has reached the right consistency toss the chicken in and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Step 7
Place it over rice or salad and top it with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
