Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix 7g of instant dry yeast with 1 tsp of sugar and 150ml of warm milk. Set it aside for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine 400g of whole wheat flour, the egg, yeast mixture, and softened butter. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, adding a bit of milk if needed to achieve a soft texture.
Step 3
Cover the dough and let it rise for at least 2 hours until it doubles in size.
Step 4
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and spread 80g of softened butter. Then add the blueberry jam and roll up the dough.
Step 5
For easier cutting, wrap the rolled dough in parchment paper and freeze it for 10 minutes before slicing. Using a thread can help make a clean cut.
Step 6
Place the sliced rolls in a baking dish, cover them, and let them rise for 1 hour.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the rolls for approximately 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 8
For the glaze, mix 250g of Greek yogurt with agave syrup and a bit of milk until you achieve the desired consistency.
Step 9
Drizzle the glaze on top of the rolls, and they're ready to enjoy!
