THIN APPLE TARTLETS
RECIPE:
🌿 Gently cut a rectangular puff pastry into 8 equal portions and place each piece on a lined baking sheet sprinkled with cane sugar
🌿 Wash and thinly slice 3 apples, any variety
🌿 Arrange the slices - broad sides facing each other - leaving about 5mm of dough visible on each side (it is a bit time consuming but it’s worth it!)
🌿 Sprinkle with raw cane sugar and bake for 34 minutes at 180° C
🌿 All that’s left is to enjoy them still warm and crisp, just as they are, with a scoop of ice cream or even custard
