100glupin flour
25galmond flour
¼ tspbaking powder
⅛ tspbaking soda
45gmonkfruit sweetener
60mlwhites
substitute with 1 egg
15glight butter
30mllemon juice
½ Tbsplemon zest
45gblueberries
Lemon Glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175C.
Step 2
Make icing glaze and pour on top of the loaf.
Step 3
Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.
Step 4
Combine the dry and wet mixtures.
Step 5
Place the blueberries inside the dough.
Step 6
Put the dough into a ramekin and bake it for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7
Let cool and enjoy!
