Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.

Fried vegetables

Step 2
Slice the zucchini and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the zucchini and fry for about 2min.
Step 4
Now add the cherry tomatoes and seasoning. Fry for another 2min.

Fish

Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the fish with the skin facing downwards. Season with half the salt and pepper. Fry for about 2,5-3min. Then flip.
Step 6
Again season with salt and pepper. Add the butter, smashed garlic clove, lemon slice and basil leaves.
Step 7
Pure the oil butter mixture over the fish. Repeat 4-6times. Fry the fish for another 2-3min.

Burrito

Step 8
Spread the front center of the wrap with the tartare sauce.
Step 9
Top it with the rice, fried vegetables and fish.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
