Instructions

Step 1
Clean and wash the spinach and then boil them in salty water for about 10 minutes. Strain the spinach.

Step 2
Take a pan and put the spinach into it, and keep the heat high. After 5 minutes, add some chili and cook for 5 more minutes. Take out the spinach from the pan but do not switch off the stove.

Step 3
Slice the yellow cherry tomatoes in half and put them into the pan. Ass a bit of salt and cook for five minutes. When the tomatoes are ready, take them out from the pan ans keep aside. Do not switch off the stove.

Step 4
Slice the caciocavallo cheese and put it into the pan for a few seconds. The switch off the stove while preparing the panini.

Cut the bread in half and spread some humus on both sides

Place some spinach and tomato on the bottom side. Add the makrel, and the caciocavallo slices.

Close your sandwich before warming it up for a few minutes.
