Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Peel potatoes slice to even pieces, olive oil, salt, and pepper. cook for 10 min.
Step 2
While potatoes cool, mix 2tsp oregano, 1tsp garlic powder, couple shakes of crushed red pepper, heavy pour of olive oil, and juice of half a lemon in a large bowl.
Step 3
Slice onions thinly, cut carrots to small even pieces, prep chicken. Add to oil and spice mix. Mix to evenly covered
Step 4
Flip potatoes and Add chicken/ veggie mix to pan with potatoes.
Add slice of butter to each piece of chicken
Step 5
Cook for 10 min. Flip chicken. Turn veggies. Cook 10 more minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle juice of other lemon half over everything
