This was the first time I ever made a homemade pizza and I was shocked how easy it was! Was it perfect? No, but it tasted amazing and this is a great recipe for pizza lovers! Try it for yourself and let me know how it taste!

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Working on a surface that has been sprinkled with flour, roll out the pizza into a 12-inch-diameter round. Transfer to prepared baking sheet or pizza pan.

In a bowl, mix together your shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, and 8 tbsp of bbq sauce.

Step 4
Brush your olive oil across the entire pizza dough. Then spoon on the remaining bbq sauce, brushing it around the dough. Leave about 1/2 inch from the sides without bbq sauce (this will be your crust).

Add your shredded chicken mix across the dough. Then top on your mozzarella cheese and red onions.

Bake for 20-23 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Top with your fresh cilantro. Slice and enjoy!
