Instructions
Step 1
Marinade the lamb in the harissa and ras el hanout
Step 2
Fry the onions in the pressure cooker on saute mode and remove
Step 3
Fry the meat until browned
Step 4
Add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute
Step 5
Return the onions and add the stock
Step 6
Pressure cook on high for 35 mins and leave to naturally de-pressure
Step 7
Open the pressure cooker and add all other ingredients, including the flour
Step 8
Saute on high for a few minutes to reduce the sauce
