Step 1
In a pan over medium heat add the ground meat and cook through. Drain any grease and add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
After two minutes stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and half and half.
Step 3
Once it comes to a boil add in the egg noodles. Switch heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Once noodles are cooked stir in sour cream.
Step 5
Serve with garlic bread if you want!
