Instructions

Step 1
1️⃣ First, split those lemony biscuits in half and line a tray with them.

2️⃣ Stir together the lemon jelly with boiling water in a bowl until it's all dissolved and looking fabulous.

3️⃣ Add in that creamy custard and stir well. Give it a 1 hour chill session in the fridge to cool off.

4️⃣ Pour this heavenly mix over the biscuit base, top with more biscuits (because why not?) and let it set for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

5️⃣ Once firm and set, slice the dessert into squares or rectangles, serve chilled and watch those smiles appear!
