Instructions

Step 1
heat oil over medium high in a non-stick skillet and brown turkey, breaking into smaller peices as it cooks. mix in taco seasoning.
Step 2
make four evenly-sized salads with the lettuce tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, and jalapeno. top each salad with 1 1/2 oz of diced avacado, 7 oz of cooked turkey and 2 tbsp of greek yogurt toss if desired.
