Instructions
Step 1
Get out a large knife, a white chopping board, a small bowl and two large bowls, one for your salad and one for waste.
Step 2
On a white chopping board, chop your cucumber, onions and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Put into the bowl.
Step 3
Add the olives (chop in half or slices if you wish)
Step 4
Cut the feta into small bite size pieces. Add to the bowl.
Step 5
In the small bowl, add everything for the dressing. (vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper and olive oil
Step 6
Give your salad and dressing a good mix and then put it into your container.
Step 7
Store in the fridge until you eat it
