Instructions
Step 1
Trim off the ends. Slice them into a suitable thickness. Place the sliced cucumbers into a clean jar.
Step 2
Pour 1 cup of water Add 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of vinegar, and 1/2 cup of sugar in a pot. Bring it to a boil.
Step 3
When it starts to boil, turn off the heat. Pour the boiled soy sauce mixture into the jar.
Step 4
Leave the jar at room temperature for a day, then refrigerate. It can be consumed after one day.
