Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter in 9x13 glass baking dish in the oven.
Step 2
Heat blackberries in saucepan with 1/2 cup sugar until boiling.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk and stir until pancake-batter consistency. Pour batter into buttered baking dish. Pour blackberries over batter evenly (do not mix in). Bake 30-35 min. *If using blueberries, add less sugar
