Hello K Friends! Today, I would like to introduce a traditional Korean beverage called "baesuk." Baesuk means cooked pear in Korean. Baesuk means cooked pear in Korean. It's commonly consumed in Korea to help with cold symptoms, and pear tea is also a great way to boost your immune system regularly.

Instructions
Step 1
1. (Pear tea) Cut the pear in half. Cut each half in half again. Remove the seeds from inside. Peel the skin off the pear with a knife. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the ginger.
Step 2
2. Put the pears, 2 jujubes, sliced ginger, and 2 cups of water into the pot. Cover with a lid and boil for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
3. 10 minutes later, the pear will rise to the top, and it's done. Turn off the heat. Pour the pear tea into a cup. Add about 1 tablespoon of honey, sliced jujubes, and pine nuts as a garnish.
