Instructions
Step 1
Melt 60ml syrup and 125g butter in a pan.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp bicarbonate soda to melted mix.
Step 3
Mix 1 cup flour, 2 cups oats, 1 cup cofonut, and 1 cup sugar. Add to melted butter mix.
Step 4
Press in oven pan.
Step 5
Bake for 20 min at 150°C.
Step 6
Cut into squares while hot.
