Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, except for the tapioca plan a bender and blend until smooth.

shredded parmesan cheese1 cup
Step 2
Add the mixture to the tapioca flour and mix until incorporated.
Step 3
Leave the batter resting in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Grease with cooking spray a muffin/cupcake pan.
Step 5
Pour one scoop of the batter into each of the muffin/cupcake cups.
Step 6
Bake for 20-30 min at 350 F.
