Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
Step 2
Place lentils into a bowl and mash with your hands until clumpy. Add all other curried lentil bite ingredients and mix until smooth. Roll into balls (approx 12 - 14) and line on a baking tray. Press down with your hands to form a circle shape. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden.
Step 3
Serve with the dip or on top of a buddha bowl. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
