Creamy tomato chicken
This creamy tomato chicken is so delicious and it comes together in no time. Me and my family love to eat it with rice, you can also serve it over pasta or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
4 servings
2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1shallot
or red onion
4cloves garlic
4 tablespoonstomato paste
1 teaspoonchili flakes
1 tablespoonchicken bouillon
½ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ teaspoonsalt
Parsley
chopped
1 ½ cupschicken broth
1 cupheavy cream
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
4chicken breasts
parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400°
Step 2
2. Make the sauce- Put a skillet on high heat, add in butter and oil, wait for the butter to melt. Next add in the shallots and garlic sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
3. Then add in the tomato paste and cook the tomato paste for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
4. Next add in the seasonings, parsley, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined.
Step 5
5. Put the chicken breasts in a casserole dish then pour the sauce over the chicken breasts. Put it in the oven and let it cook for about 50 minutes to an hours or until the chicken breasts are cooked and the internal temperature is 165°. Garnish with parsley and enjoy over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
