1 x 15 ozchickpeas

1 x 15 ozblack beans
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large 5 to 7 quart stew pot over medium heat. Stir in the onion, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, and salt. Cook and stir until onion is tender, then add in the celery, all the peppers (including chiles), and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add ground turkey, cooking until browned.

Step 2
Add the tomatoes. Season with chili powder and black pepper. Stir in all the beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, simmer minimum 45 minutes.
