Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 200° and spray large baking dish
2. Cut onion & vegetables into small pieces 3. Place vegetables, orzo, seasoning & stock into baking dish & mix well to combine 4. Put cream cheese into middle of dish 5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed & orzo is cooked 6. Add parmesan & spinach, mix well and bake for a further 4-5 minutes
