Instructions

Step 1
Ina a skillet, melt the butter over a medium low heat
Step 2
Add the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes until softened
Step 3
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds)
Step 4
Add the prawns, salt and pepper and sauté for 5 - 6 minutes until the prawns are no longer translucent
Step 5
Add the thyme, mix all of the ingredients one last time and serve
