Instructions
Step 1
For the salsa mix all of the ingredients except the pork chops in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours
Step 2
Rub olive oil on both sides of the pork chops and season with salt and pepper
Step 3
Heat the grill to medium high and grill the pork chops until nicely golden on both sides (approx 5 - 6 minutes per side)
