Step 1
Trim excess fat from chicken.
Step 2
Marinate chicken in White Wine Marinade for 1 hour.
Step 3
Blot excess marinade from chicken with paper towel before cooking.
Step 4
Coat chicken breast on all sides with vegetable oil using basting brush.
Step 5
Heat and prepare grill.
Step 6
Grill the chicken until done. Turn 90 degrees halfway through cooking to create nice grill marks.
Step 7
Plate, add Red Pepper Butter, and serve hot.
