Instructions
Step 1
Saute' the onion and garlic in the butter until tender without turning brown.
Step 2
Add the spinach and saute' until hot.
Step 3
Add the artichoke hearts, cream sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and 4 ounces of the parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, and tabasco.
Step 5
Transfer the dip to a 9 inch pan. Top with the remaining parmesan and bake at 350 degrees until hot and browned on top - approximately 20 minutes.
