Ingredients

500gbeef mince
500gsausage meat
1onion
finely chopped
2cloves garlic
crushed
1egg
1 cupcarrot
grated
½ cupparsely
chopped
½ tspginger
grated
2 tspmustard
2 tspmixed herb
1 tspsalt
black pepper
topping
Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven 190*C
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients (not the toppings) in a bowl and mix well. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 3
press the mixture into a 22cm loaf tin and spread with the prepared topping
Step 4
cover with foil and bake in oven for30 mins
Step 5
Remove foil and bake for a further 30 mins
