Step 1
Sauté bacon or any kind of protein you want to add.

Add onions and cook for 2 minutes then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add in your kimchi and cook until it becomes translucent then add 3 cups of steamed rice. Mix both together.

Now add in soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang and kimchi juice. Mix until everything is covered the sauce.

And you’re done. Top with fried egg, fresh scallions and furikake.
