Step 1
Mix all the dry spices, flour and cornstarch for the breading.

paprika1 tsp

Step 2
Pat dry the shrimp and dredge in flour mixture first, then eggwash and lastly with breadcrumbs.

Fry the shrimp each side until golden brown color is achieved.

For the sauce. In a bowl mix mayo, sriracha and sweet chili together.

Step 5
Toss the cooked crispy shrimp in the sauce. Make sure to cover each side with the sauce.
Step 6
Serve over rice, top with sesame seeds and add your vegetables of choice.
