Step 1
Bake salmon at 350 for 20 minutes and cook 1 cup of brown rice. While the salmon and rice are cooking, thinly slice 1 medium cucumber and mix with 1 tbs chili flakes and 1 tbs chili oil.
Step 2
Once the salmon is cooked, using a fork, mash it in with your cooked rice. Stir in 1 tbs coconut aminos, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 tbs mayo, and 1 tbs hot sauce. Top with sliced avocado, green onion, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds.
