This is just my personal recipe that I threw together and the family liked. Measurements are not exact because I am a "throw it all together" type of cook and rarely measure. More veggies and peppers could be used, as well as more sauce, depending on preferences.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles according to instructions.
Step 2
Heat Wok, add oil and cook chicken in two batches until browned.
Step 3
In last 2 minutes of cooking each batch, add some of the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Step 4
Remove chicken and repeat with veggies until cooked but still crisp
Step 5
Add noodles, chicken, and remaining sauce plus hoisin sauce. Stir and remove from heat.
Step 6
Stir in cilantro.
Step 7
Serve
