Great for those following the Med diet or Mind diet trying to work in beans.
Tip: rinse your beans to help lower sodium content further
Sub: red beans 🫘 if you have them on hand
Lower the fat: use ground turkey
Serve with a veggie packed salsa or zesty salad

Step 1
Brown ground beef over medium heat.
When beef is halfway done, add beans. Continue cooking until ground beef is fully cooked.
Add seasoning with 1/4 cup water.
Cook an additional 5 minutes or until water has evaporated. Serve.
