Instructions
Step 1
Toast wheat bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and heat on medium low
Step 3
Sauté tomato and spinach on medium low for 2 minutes, seasoned to taste
Step 4
Add egg white to pan and continue to fry until done, flipping once (about 2 minutes)
Step 5
Top toasted bread with mayonnaise, and fried egg and enjoy
