Instructions
Step 1
Oven on at 200C or whatever it says on the Camembert box
Step 2
Peel and slice the garlic lengthways
Step 3
Score the top of the Camembert in a grid, 2 cuts across and 2 down. Push the garlic slices into the cuts.
Step 4
Put the Camembert in a bowl which fits it as closely as possible and bake for 20-30 min. The cooking time can vary a lot.
Step 5
If using a part baked baguette, add it to the oven, timed to be ready at the same time as the cheese.
Step 6
Once the cheese is melted, remove from oven and pick off the bits of rind. Save them for anyone you know who'd like to eat them on toast another time.
Step 7
Stir in honey.
Step 8
Put the hot bowl into a larger cold one so it’s safe to serve.
