Easy Baby Kimbap Rolls

Make your very own mini kimbap rolls! Most of these ingredients can be found at your local Asian store.

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, crack 2 eggs and add a pinch of salt. Whisk.

Drizzle oil, and pour in your egg mixture into a pan. Let it slowly cook on low-medium heat.

Open your canned tuna and squeeze out all the oil. Transfer into a bowl and squeeze 2 big spoonfuls of mayo. Add a bit of salt & pepper and mix.

Turn off heat and slice your egg into strips.

Next, slice a few chilis into 4 small strips. (This step is optional!)
Step 6
Next, drizzle 1 Tbsp of sesame oil over your cooked rice. The rice should be warm! Mix with a spatula.

Next, using scissors, snip your nori sheets into 4 smaller pieces.

On one small slice, add a spoonful of rice. Spread with gloves. Then add tuna pasta, pickled radish, chili and an egg strip. Roll gently until you get your kimbap!

Continue until ingredients run out. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra flavour.
