Ingredients
2 servings
¼ cupoat flour
¼ cupvegan protein powder
½ tspbaking soda
1egg
1banana
extra ripe
½ cupfrozen spinach
½ tspVanilla extract
or almond
salt
1 tspghee
or coconut oil

Instructions
Step 1
Mash banana and mix together all ingredients except the flour.
Step 2
Stir in flour slowly, until just incorporated.
Step 3
Add any optional mix ins
Step 4
Add a tsp of cooking oil or butter to a small skillet and pour all batter in. Cook over medium-low heat until browned on each side.
