Step 1
1. In a cold pan, add beef bacon so it renders off the fat 2. Once crispy, push to edge of pan, create a crater 3. Add in chicken sausage, cook until lightly brown
4. Once brown, push to edge like bacon
5. Add in cubed beef to crater
6. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or small minced) 7. Make another crater, add in onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño 8. Taste and adjust seasoning
9. Add in fresh tomato and chicken stock to give it moisture
10. Add in cilantro and cheese, let cheese melt 11. Add tortilla on top so it gets steamy, and grab what you want in tortilla
